Is there a warranty on my headphones?
yurbuds warranties are only valid when purchased from an authorized retailer. Please beware buying on eBay and Amazon, as these retailers are selling unauthorized product.
What if I lose my headphones?
You must have the headphones present for any refund, exchange or replacement. It is customary for any manufacturer to require the original product in order to provide a new replacement. This consistent standard serves two purposes. It allows a manufacturer, such as yurbuds, to learn from any supposed issues and create better products. It also allows us to prevent fraudulent requests, and take care of our customers with our full attention.
What if I want to return my product for a refund?
All orders placed on yurbuds.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund in the form of payment that was used. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers or a third party vendor, please refer to their return policy for monetary refunds.
What if I want to exchange my product?
Products purchased from yurbuds.com, one of our retailers or a third party vendor, may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. If your product is eligible, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply. The product along with proof of purchase must be shipped back to yurbuds to be eligible for an exchange.
Can I return my product to the store I purchased it from?
